Mustafa joined Cox Automotive Canada in 2017 as a District Manager for Dealertrack. When Cox Automotive Canada brought the Dealer.com product to Canada, Mustafa become our leading performer in 2019. He secured partnerships with some of the largest dealer groups in Canada as a strategic account manager. As his career progressed, he was promoted to manage the Dealer.com and Kelly Blue Book sales team, ultimately becoming Manager, Retail Solutions & New Business. Mustafa is a strong Leader with a desire for continuously coaching and learning from his team and leading them to new heights.
In 2020, Mustafa took on sales for Kelly Blue Book Canada and was involved in its go-to-market strategy and continues to oversee its sales. He continues to be involved in the evolution and go-to-market strategies for Cox Automotive Canada’s future retail solution products. He is a two-time winner of the Cox Automotive Canada Presidents Club.
His career included time at a GM dealership winning numerous sales awards before becoming Sales Manager. He has taken part in NADA, ARC, Western Dealer Summit, TADA, GM Roadshow, auto shows across the country and ACE, and has attended every major automotive industry event. Outside of work, his enormous joy for travel saw him taking over 100 flights per year in pre-pandemic times.
