This Peterborough dealership got creative in a different way amid the lockdown orders. Michael Eatson of Peterborough Volkswagen had a very thoughtful view on the added restrictions “You create your way out of it”. He attributed this to learning from the beginning stages of the pandemic in Ontario. The dealership veered its processes “the old-fashion way” as Michael stated. Some of the tactics used included reviewing current customer files and connecting with previous customers. As the current President of the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association (TADA), Michael is making it a goal for Peterborough to focus on innovation and quick process shifting in hopes of optimizing his business’s ability to weather the storm.
