Electric Vehicle Charging Stations funding up to 50%

A new round of the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP) which provides Grants for the installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations is set to open in December 2021. Funding is in effect until 2024 with new rounds opening in 2022. Funding is limited, competitive, and successful applicants need to submit a strong application. For you to consider applying for funding, applicants will require a quote on their EV project. EV Charging station must be new and purchased equipment and cannot be leased.

While we are still awaiting details on what is covered under this current round of funding last round covered 50% of EV charging projects for:

a) A minimum of one (1) fast charger of 50 kW and above; OR
b) A minimum of ten (10) Level 2 chargers.
Additional details on funding will be forthcoming as they are announced.
